AECOM Talent Management Technology Specialist in Los Angeles, California
Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Talent Management Technology Specialist to be based in one of AECOM's locations in the United States or Canada. This position has the flexibility to work from a virtual / home location. The Talent Management Technology Specialist will support the project management and execution of key talent processes and will support key activities that further AECOM’s talent roadmap and adoption of Workday to drive business results. Each element of the role will combine technology enterprise and talent process ownership; it requires strong technical and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize and operate autonomously.

Reporting to the Process + Technology Director, the role will support the day-to-day execution of the following:
AECOM’s annual performance process including the management of the process/schedule, creation/review of training materials, communications plans, maintaining and reviewing existing knowledge base articles, and supporting the process deployment with regional talent leads.
AECOM’s skills architecture and strategy including talent system integrations, skill data maintenance and supporting materials.
AECOM’s career development technology including approvals and workflows around Employee’s skill profile, re-designs of existing configuration, and other related Workday solutions.
Help manage key change initiatives in the learning space including Steering Committee directives, culture transformation in the learning space, learning technology adoption and digital strategy deployment.
Help manage weekly project plan status updates to Project Management Office and create status reports for key stakeholders.
Serve as process expert on project teams whose work overlaps with talent management.
Provides end user support where talent processes impact managers, such as mapping exercises.
Support leadership requests around talent management data in collaboration with the data analytics team.
Additional talent and learning initiatives support.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS and 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience must include Talent Management with a focus in performance, careers, and/or learning
Experience managing talent initiative deployments including project management, status reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Experience creating training materials and writing system-based instructions
Demonstrated experience in presentation design required
Preferred Qualifications
Workday experience desired
Strong discussion/facilitation experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work across cultures and time zones
