AECOM Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in Los Angeles, California

Job Summary

AECOM is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to support its Design and Consulting Services in the West Region. The incumbent will be a key strategic resource to the Talent Acquisition Human Resources and Operations teams. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, this position will work closely with the Human Resources Director (HRD) and Business Leaders on all aspects of business operations and growth.

This position can be located anywhere within the West Region.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team which provides recruitment support to the West Region, set a professional example and manage to key metrics and performance indicators

  • Be an integral part of workforce planning to anticipate future needs and develop strategies to attract talent

  • Work closely with HR and Operations to create models to understand the current and future talent needs of the organization

  • Partner with staff including HR Business Partners, Resource Directors, other Centers of Excellence, and People Services to implement key programs vital to process improvements

  • Develop strategies based on business plans to enhance attraction of top industry talent

  • Be a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to the Business Leaders in partnership with the HR Director

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of related experience; or Associates Degree and 12 years of related experience; or HS/GED and 14 years of related experience

  • Two (2) years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition

  • 3+ years of experience managing/leading a Talent Acquisition team

  • Experience managing recruiting in an organization of at least 10,000 people

  • In depth experience working and consulting with the highest levels of senior management

  • Previous experience in a mid-to-large publicly traded organization

  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical skills and excellent judgment

  • High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to multi-task with a developed sense of urgency and follow-through

  • Possess the experience, confidence, and presence to drive change

  • Have well-developed team building and influencing skills and unquestioned integrity

  • Ability to be forthright, receptive and persuasive throughout all levels of the organization
