About DCSA—Program and Project Management

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Under general supervision, performs routine duties.
Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work.
Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.
Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.
Bachelor's degree + 2 years of CCD programs experience and or equivalency of education and or experience.
5+ years of experience supporting California Community College District programs
3+ years of construction and or design experience
Familiar with the various contract delivery methods (for example design-bid-build, design-build and construction manager at risk).
Proactive, problem-solving work ethic and the ability to prioritize, re-prioritize and adapt to the changes in the Project work environment.
PE License a plus
CCM or CMIT Credentials a plus
