We are looking to recruit a Digital Transformation Consultant in our London, Aldgate office.
You will join the Digital Transformation team in EMEA and become an essential part of it with the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and help drive the program forward. The work will be varied, and responsibilities will include helping to run the PMO, evaluating and tracking productivity improvements created by digital solutions, and working directly on project test cases where digital tools are piloted and assessed. The role will allow you to put your innovative thinking, technical excellence and business skills into high gear.
You will work with peers from around the EMEA region and globally to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our digital delivery systems and processes. The role offers significant exposure to all parts of AECOM business, the opportunity to play a key role in large scale business change program, and a chance to be at the forefront of our digital journey.
Due to the variety of initiatives we are involved in to drive transformation across the business, there is a breadth of work in which you can be involved, which often can include:
Helping define the digital strategy and promoting the adoption of transformative approaches and tools across the organization in EMEA
Monitoring overall digital industry and technology trends
Contributing to communications and marketing programme to complement the progress made in digital adoption: both internally and externally
Providing digital support to priority bids and projects in EMEA
Connecting our expertise and establishing strong working relationships with other internal teams globally
Specific Skills Required:
Experience and knowledge of digital technologies in the AEC industry
Strong quantitative and analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel & GIS
Strong graphic skills including the Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative global team environment but also independently when required,
Adapts communications style to get the best outcome
Capable of researching and analysing complex information, and drawing out the necessary conclusions and implications
Able to communicate findings in a clear, concise and logical manner – in written and verbal formats
Pro-active , enthusiastic, hard-working and driven – reliable, on-time delivery, with infectious drive to encourage others to do the same
Interested in digital technologies generally and how they can drive growth and productivity improvements
The role will suit someone who will be almost or at Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent). You must have demonstrable experience in the application of digital technologies and change management in the areas in design or engineering consultancy and should have experience within a global organization or the transferrable skills to step into a role within such a large organization as Aecom.
You should have an accredited Masters degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Engineering or other related subject due to the nature of the role.
