Position Title Senior Healthcare Architect
United Kingdom - London
AECOM is currently seeking to hire Senior Healthcare Architect.
As a Senior Architect you will be working on new projects across the healthcare sectors.
Working across all RIBA Stages including bidding, concept design, project delivery, design assurance and working with clients, contractors and other architectural practices.
Provide and supervise technological and technical input within the Architectural team.
Supervise the architectural team in preparing robust and exemplar project information.
Carry assignments to completion with considerable independence in accordance with project objectives, professional standards, policies and procedures.
Specific Skills Required:
ARB registered Architect.
Experience in delivering high quality Healthcare projects ideally within Acute, Primary Care and Mental Health settings throughout all RIBA work stages.
Demonstrable experience in leading a design team and supporting junior team colleagues.
Sound understanding of Local Authority processes.
Experienced in writing NBS specifications that support technical design.
Competent Revit user with a robust BIM understanding.
3 years + post part III experience.
Procure 21+ / 22 experience.
ADB / Codebook experience.
3D presentation skills.
