The Scape Built Environment Consultancy Services Framework was awarded to the Perfect Circle JV comprising AECOM, Gleeds and Pick Everard in 2016. The 4 year framework which is single sourced multi-disciplinary has a fee cap of over £500m and plays a significant part in the public sector strategies for the three JV partners. The framework has been hugely successful with the JV’s two-year sales target being achieved 3 months early.

Management of the BECS framework is through twelve regions across the UK with Greater London seen as the powerhouse for whole the framework.

Job Duties:

The main elements of the role are as follows:

  • Driving the AECOM business within the London region to achieve the JV sales targets

  • Leading the business within the region to deliver on the JV’s framework KPIs and commitments

  • Providing the point of contact between Scape and AECOM within the London region

  • Liaising and co-ordinating with the two other JV Regional Leads [Pick Everard and Gleeds] to deliver the framework targets

  • Providing a point of contact and guidance within AECOM across London to project teams for issues relating to the framework

  • Attending in-region meetings with Scape and leading in-region meetings within AECOM

In addition the role will be responsible for

  • Delivering and managing the AECOM element of the JV business plan

  • Leading AECOM business development activities for the framework across London including targeted London Boroughs and universities – note that the role demands an active involvement in business development activities, not just their management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience of client facing team management

  • Significant high level contacts within London Boroughs and Universities

  • Experience of large multi-disciplinary public sector framework

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven successful business development record within the public sector within London
