Job Summary
In the role of Project Manager Workplaces/Real Estate you will be responsible for:
Providing leadership and management for the project allocated to the required schedule, to budget quality and environmental standards.
Act as the Company representative for all day to day Contract matters with the Client during the program execution.
Oversee establishment of specific briefs, contracts and procedures.
Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and contractors.
Establish the program requirements for all areas of the project (design and construction) and monitor the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
Work with the Project Director, Stakeholders and Project Team to develop construction budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.
Define and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or schedule delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
Liaison with Technical Services and Shared services personnel for delivery of design, costs, schedules and overall project support.
Establishes regular meetings to monitor and to review project status and formulate action items.
Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project or subtask within AECOM systems.
Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the Safety and Environmental Plan as necessary
Define and lead business development activities in workplaces sector
Liaise with global workplace market sector leads regarding corporate commercial clients and frameworks.In the role of Project Manager Workplaces you will be responsible for:

Minimum Requirements
Fluent in French and English
Minimum 3 year experience in project management of commercial fit out projects
Ability to work under pressure to tight dead-lines
Ability to handle at same time different projects at different stages
Travel for short periods when required to sites in France
Solid background of site-based experience with knowledge and understanding of various interior building trades, including up-to-date building techniques / methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
