AECOM is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer - Airports to be based in Hunt Valley, MD.
This position is expected to begin as soon as available between now and May 2022.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Conducts civil engineering design.
Completes designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings for construction plans related to airport development projects.
Prepares construction specifications for airport development projects.
Prepares design reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
Collects and analyzes data to support design and construction phases of projects.
Uses computer software for design development and to prepare plans.
Coordinates with other architectural and engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, contractors, government agencies, and clients.
Performs construction administration and inspection.
Performs work in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule.
Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering degree from an ABET/EAC accredited program or ability to obtain by Winter 2021.
Valid U.S. driver's license required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Experience with Microsoft Office Software
Experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D design software.
Experience in performing construction inspection.
Read, write, and communicate effectively in the English language
Ability to work in both an office and field (construction) environment
Ability to pass background and criminal investigation checks in order to obtain Airport identification badges.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) licensure, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
