Position Title Engineering Intern

AECOM is currently seeking a Summer Intern for our Buildings and Places business line at our office in Honolulu, HI.
Some of the duties may include:
Interns will be assigned challenging projects and tasks under the supervision of project managers or senior engineering managers. Project areas include site engineering, healthcare, building engineering, military facilities and piers work.
Interns will be assigned design work using AutoCAD, as well as technical assessments, analyses, and report writing.
Job locations may include AECOM project offices at external construction sites as well as project sites to participate in data collection and field assessments.
Interns will be included in organization events such as staff meetings and brown bag workshops and be allowed opportunities for networking and informational briefings with key personnel.
Learning objectives will be established at the start of the internship with his/her supervisor to provide clear direction and targeted goals. Exit interviews will be conducted to evaluate progress toward learning objectives and performance.
- Completion of at least freshman year in college with a Civil Engineering major
