AECOM Document Control Coordinator I in Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking for a Document Control Coordinator I to be based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend project meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, actions and Issues logs.

  • Assist in the establishment of documentation and associated change control policies and procedures.

  • Monthly status reports and basic accounting.

  • Assist with generation and editing of documents and document templates.

  • Assist in the management of electronic communications and document management systems.

  • Assist in managing schedules and plans associated with various projects.

  • Perform periodic QC of document controls to evaluate compliance to requirements.

  • Assist with document control and training compliance within the Quality Management System

  • Assistance with subcontract execution, invoices, and maintaining of records.

  • Billing coordination, and periodic timesheet and cost transfers.

Minimum Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED

  • MS Office Suite skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
