Job Description

  • Perform full range of legal, compliance, and administrative support to the Legal Department.

  • Administer AECOM’s risk management and ethics and compliance systems.

  • Assist to draft, prepare and process legal documents, forms, and reports including undertaking contract reviews.

  • Assist to procure insurance certificates and renewal of insurance certificates in relation to various AECOM Sites.

  • Assist in corporate secretarial duties.


  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and/or Putonghua), possess strong attention to details, and be able to work as a good team player with positive service attitude.

  • Relevant experience in a similar position in sizable organization, preferably from multi-national companies or basic understanding of the operation and legal framework of commercial companies preferred. Relevant experience working in the construction and engineering industry would also be an advantage.

  • Able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions and ability to multi-task.

  • Mature and pleasant, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a part of a team.

  • Keen to learn to pick up new tasks as the team and business areas grow.

  • Well-organized, able to work independently and meet tight deadline.

  • Robust knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Able to commence work as soon as possible.

  • Some tertiary legal training would be an advantage.

  • Only considered candidates who have already completed PCLL study or will complete the PCLL course at any university in Hong Kong before 2025.
