Job Description
Perform full range of legal, compliance, and administrative support to the Legal Department.
Administer AECOM’s risk management and ethics and compliance systems.
Assist to draft, prepare and process legal documents, forms, and reports including undertaking contract reviews.
Assist to procure insurance certificates and renewal of insurance certificates in relation to various AECOM Sites.
Assist in corporate secretarial duties.
Qualifications
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and/or Putonghua), possess strong attention to details, and be able to work as a good team player with positive service attitude.
Relevant experience in a similar position in sizable organization, preferably from multi-national companies or basic understanding of the operation and legal framework of commercial companies preferred. Relevant experience working in the construction and engineering industry would also be an advantage.
Able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions and ability to multi-task.
Mature and pleasant, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a part of a team.
Keen to learn to pick up new tasks as the team and business areas grow.
Well-organized, able to work independently and meet tight deadline.
Robust knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to commence work as soon as possible.
Some tertiary legal training would be an advantage.
Only considered candidates who have already completed PCLL study or will complete the PCLL course at any university in Hong Kong before 2025.
