Job Summary

AECOM Leisure and Culture provides a wide range of economic and strategic planning, master planning, architectural, engineering and project management services to clients worldwide. We work primarily in entertainment and leisure, real estate, hospitality, tourism, mixed use, cultural facilities, and township planning. Our portfolio of clients include many of the largest resort and theme park projects in Asia, such as Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Creative, Village Roadshow, 20th Century Fox, SeaWorld Parks, Merlin Entertainments Group, Luneng Group, Samsung Everland, Ocean Park, Evergrand, OCT Group and Haichang Group.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to be part of high caliber team of Program Management professionals leading the design and build of a USD billion plus theme park and resort complex in China.


  • Supports Project Director and Senior Program Management Team in communication and business meetings with Chinese client (Mandarin fluency required), international design and operation companies and internal AECOM teams.

  • Drafts presentations and correspondence as directed by the Project Director and Senior Program Management Team.

  • Document and distribute all internal and client meeting notes.

  • Handles executive administrative duties in support of the Project Director and Program Management team.

  • Works with Project Managers, Clients and Sub consultants to gather and provide information related to general questions or inquiries and track responses.

  • Assists Project Director in monitoring internal communication, project budgets, schedules and document control systems.

  • Work with Project Director and Senior Project Management team to comply with company policies.

  • Oversee project administration support staff as needed.

  • Assist and coordinate project related travel for team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration for Architectural or Engineering firms

  • Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word

  • Ability to interact with professional staff and prioritize multiple project tasks

  • Ability to engage in a corporate training environment for systems used by AECOM to initiate, monitor and report project financial performance

  • Ability to read and understand CAD drawings

  • A strong team player

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Advanced understanding of cost/project accounting, financial terminology and concepts an advantage
