Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Perform clerical and administrative support to project teams in Program, Cost, Consultancy Discipline

  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure efficient projects’ operation

  • Maintain and update the project files, documents, database / library with high accuracy

  • Assist the project teams to prepare proposal / tender submission

  • Support projects’ financial updates

  • Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy



  • Completion of Secondary / High School Education or above

  • Knowledgeable in business tools including MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Good communication, organizing and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • A good team player and can work well in a team

  • Good command of both written and spoken English while Chinese language skills are preferred

Preferred requirements:

  • Candidates with clerical/ administrative support experience in construction & engineering company is an advantage, especially those with Housing Authority project experience
