Our Project Managers are involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, enabling you to perform in tender submissions/proposals, project delivery and establish delivery strategies with a variety of stakeholders. As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in our high performing team, you will be supporting the delivery of projects based in the Waikato region, including a $700m buildings infrastructure project. If you love solving clients’ problems and exploring new opportunities with them, this could be the perfect Project Management position for you!

To be considered for the position of Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you must have the following:
Minimum of 5 years’ project management buildings experience
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, schedule and within client parameters
Proven background in developing long term business relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to confidently manage projects worth $25m+ in capital value
Strong knowledge of construction timeframes and methods
Strong commitment to safety and understanding of OH&S best practice and obligations
Competent in Project Management tools, MS office suite, MS Project
Contract administration experience would be ideal.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science or similar project management qualification
