AECOM Projektleiter*in (m/w/d) für Projektsteuerung / Projektmanagement Bau in Hamburg, Germany

Job Summary

Die betreffende Position hätte zunächst einmal einen starken Bezug zu einem auf mehrere Jahre und Einzelprojekte ausgelegten Infrastruktur-Programm aus dem Bereich neuen Energieformen, schwerpunktmäßig LNG-Technologie. Auftraggeber ist ein international agierendes Mineralölunternehmen. Project Management wäre dabei in verschiedenen Dimensionen erforderlich, die sich nicht rein auf das Bauliche beschränken.

Das Aufgabenprofil:

  • Projektsteuerung bei Planung und Durchführung von anspruchsvollen und komplexen Projekten mit nicht ausschließlich baulichem Schwerpunkt

  • Projektcontrolling für öffentliche, private und industrielle Kunden

  • Qualitative, termin- und kostengerechte Projektabwicklung

  • Koordination von HSSE Permits

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Investoren, Nutzern, Planern sowie ausführenden Firmen

Minimum Requirements

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium aus den Bereichen Bauingenieurswesens, Verfahrenstechnik / Prozesstechnik, Maschinenbau, Chemie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder Abschluss in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Project Management, idealerweise in den Bereichen Bau und neuen Energieformen (z. B. LNG/Wasserstoff)

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse des deutschen Baurechts (v.a. VOB, AHO) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Baugenehmigungs-Behörden

  • Erfahrung mit kryogenen Flüssigkeiten (LNG) oder Wasserstofftechnologie im allgemeinen Anlagenbau sind wünschenswert

  • Idealerweisebereits Zertfizierung als SiGeKo

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
