Job Summary

The Program Manager will support the mission and operations of the AECOM Management Services (MS) sector IDIQ Program Management Office (PMO), with particular focus on RS3, GSA Alliant and GSA OASIS programs. They will perform all program management functions including, but not limited to helping develop new business opportunities, providing bid strategy to bidding teams, provide training and guidance on the features and benefits of the programs and work closely with acquisition shops in ensuring outstanding Customer Relationship Management is maintained on these important programs.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will have extensive interaction with senior leadership, government officials and government customers, and must have an outstanding understanding of business development, capture and program management. They need an in depth understanding of GSA, DTIC and ACC and to have outstanding communication skills. A complete knowledge of GSA Alliant and GSA OASIS is required. The candidate will provide strategic guidance and counsel to internal bid teams for responses to complex, high dollar bids for Professional Services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 Years’ Experience preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Must have an in depth knowledge of government regulations and IDIQs

  • An in depth understanding of GSA, DTIC and ACC

  • A complete knowledge of GSA Alliant and GSA OASIS is required

  • Outstanding communication skills
