Job Summary

Develops and maintains functional enhanced training materials for GCSS-A ERP systems in support of business objectives.

Teaches new and enhanced functional training to employees on multiple programs.Liaison closely with RIA, ASC, Enterprise Logistics Integration Directorate toconduct systems analysis and data validation of GCSS-A maintenance process and date integrity utilized in performance of work. Assists in development of performance improvements and skill enhanced training to GCSS-A users.Perform data mining and data analysis of process procedures and help desk ticket requests.

Ensure personnel are operating management functions correctly as per the operating systems capability and facilitate requirements development for systems changes.Provides advanced user training to current GCSS-A MHU Analyst and Maintenance Supervisors.May provide One-on-one training for specific ERP users.Provide Over-The Shoulder Support (OTSS).Assist ERP users in identifying and resolving functionality and training deltas/gaps.Continuously seeks opportunities to improve training processes, discover issues and deliver better value to customers.Must be able to travel to OCONUS locations to include combat areas and locations of high risk environment.Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, training, certification and experience in the field of logistics information systems, training and development or comparable certification is required.

  • Shall have Logistics and ALIS expertise with regard to effectively identifying and adapting functional business requirements and processes to the technical SALE ERP solutions

  • shall have participated in an ERP deployment

  • 5+ years’ experience in LMP, AWRDS and GCSS-A systems is required.

  • Shall apply in-depth knowledge of SALE ERP products, associated applications, and interface technologies. Shall utilize technical expertise to assess the operation and/or baseline of an organization as specifically associated with its functional components, working with information technology and functional area personnel.

  • Shall possess knowledge of Army logistics regulations, legacy, and ALIS such as but not limited to Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS), War Reserve Functional Requirements-Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced/Installation Enhanced (SAMS-E/IE), Unit Level Logistics System (ULLS), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Standard Depot Systems (SDS) & Commodity Command Standard System (CCSS), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), and SALE related directives.

  • Solid experience in end user training and train-the-trainer methodology.

  • Experience designing, executing and hosting classroom and one-on-training sessions.

  • Experience with generating training, support, and process documentation.

  • Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and a willingness to accept new challenges while work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Excellent team and communication skills.

  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.

  • An ability to influence across a broader organization.

  • Must be personable and have very strong written and oral communication skills, including technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • contracting experience preferred.
