Position Title Systems Analyst 2

Administrate SQL database’s for ULLS Maintenance and Supply modules.
Administrate Automated Weight and Balance System (AWBS).
Apply practical knowledge and experience of ULLS, SAMS, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, IADS, AWBS, etc. to methods of instructions to support both end users and the program.
Configure, test and maintain network cabling and connectors for all connected computers and devices.
Configure, test and maintain multiple network servers.
Troubleshoot hardware and software application errors as well as user errors.
Install, test and maintain various peripherals, their connections and operation.
Perform “over the shoulder”, telephone and remote desktop personalized training/support as necessary to end user team members in order for them to accomplish their daily job tasking.
Install, maintain and troubleshoot electronic publications, technical manuals and FedLog both onsite and at remote locations.
Have a knowledge and comprehension of DoD and Army regulations and work with numerous RNEC divisions to ensure complete compliance with these published regulations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Understands and applies system analysis skills to multiple system platforms.
Requires competence in all phases of system analysis and knowledge of pertinent system software and equipment
Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and with multiple departments.
Ability to develop and maintain required relationships with customers and the ability to work with upper level staff to ensure successful results.
Works independently under overall project objectives and requirements.

High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Five (5) or more years’ in the field of automation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in ULLS and other logistics systems.
