AECOM Workforce Coordinator in Federal Way, Washington

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Workforce Coordinator for our Federal Way, WA area location.

Level Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the Customer Service Supervisors and the customer service team.

  • Perform workforce management and analytic activities to effectively manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage, performance, and contract KPI compliance.

  • Assist management team in identifying, analyzing, developing and implementing staffing, training, scheduling and recognition/reward programs.

  • Works with supervisors and team leads to identify area of opportunity for training and process improvement.

  • Verifies and generates report for management team.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management or demonstrated equivalent

Experience:

  • 1 year of related experience in a call center and back office operations environment.

  • Requires a general understanding of human resources administration

  • Computer proficient in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of general human resources experience

  • Previous customer service supervisory experience preferred.
