AECOM Project Coordinator in Dublin, Ireland

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator (PC) to join our PMO team, based in Dublin.

As a PC you will work with the PMO team on our tech client’s global portfolio and you will have the following daily responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administration support to our client’s Project Delivery Optimsation (PDO) team.

  • Proactively record and maintain high levels of the client’s data and support the PDO Lead for the global portfolio.

  • Driving standardized reporting on Sharepoint.

  • Supporting the onboarding of cross-functional internal and external teams across the region, coordinating individuals and aligning the teams with client specific processes and procedures.

  • Supporting Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of projects.

  • Have a key focus on reporting, analysing and communicating project activity.

  • Implement and maintain processes and standards for consistency and drive project governance.

  • Have thorough understanding of LinkedIn’s relevant procedures and processes.

  • Producing comprehensive written reports, minutes, presentations.

  • Coordinate the project closeout process and ensure the Sharepoint sites are audited and archived upon completion of the project.

  • Assist the Project Manager with the Accruals and Forecast monthly report for all projects.

  • Assist the PDO Lead to complete weekly and monthly reports to be shared with Leadership team
