We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator (PC) to join our PMO team, based in Dublin.
As a PC you will work with the PMO team on our tech client’s global portfolio and you will have the following daily responsibilities:
Day-to-day administration support to our client’s Project Delivery Optimsation (PDO) team.
Proactively record and maintain high levels of the client’s data and support the PDO Lead for the global portfolio.
Driving standardized reporting on Sharepoint.
Supporting the onboarding of cross-functional internal and external teams across the region, coordinating individuals and aligning the teams with client specific processes and procedures.
Supporting Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Have a key focus on reporting, analysing and communicating project activity.
Implement and maintain processes and standards for consistency and drive project governance.
Have thorough understanding of LinkedIn’s relevant procedures and processes.
Producing comprehensive written reports, minutes, presentations.
Coordinate the project closeout process and ensure the Sharepoint sites are audited and archived upon completion of the project.
Assist the Project Manager with the Accruals and Forecast monthly report for all projects.
Assist the PDO Lead to complete weekly and monthly reports to be shared with Leadership team
