We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience looking to develop their experience in a range of asset management advisory services as part of a growing team. The candidate should hold a degree in a relevant discipline. Post graduate qualifications, membership of relevant professional bodies (such as RICS, IAM and CIoB) and Middle East experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Summary of duties
Working with the Asset Advisory team, to help develop and deliver consultancy services, focused on providing advice and support to clients involved in built assets to improve their performance at an organisation, operation, program and project level.
Taking a lead in the delivery of commissions, providing high quality consultancy advice to clients in the field of organisation structure, process and systems, business case development, asset management strategy, asset operations and project management reviews.
Input into broader consultancy services and commissions such as operational cost estimates, benchmarking, life cycle cost analysis, operational design reviews, maintenance specifications and asset condition assessment management.
Involvement in marketing and business development, including client presentations and general promotion and awareness-raising activities.
Working with the Asset Advisory team lead on the development of the advisory service offering including conducting marketing activities targeting both internal and external clients, and product development.
Day to day duties include:
Carrying out research and data collection;
Interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders;
Preparing and facilitating workshops;
Conducting problem solving analysis and technical analysis of data gathered;
Preparing and presenting recommendation papers, reports, process; procedure and system manuals;
Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions;
Technical report writing in accordance with international standards
Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience
Middle East experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
