AECOM Senior Project Manager (Vertical) in Dallas, Texas
AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Vertical) to be based in northeast Dallas County.

8 to 10 years experience managing the Design, Procurement and Construction of Vertical facilities
Management of CMAR project delivery method experience required
Prior experience with Municipal Buildings e.g. City Hall & Library a plus
Experience with complex phased renovation projects desired
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering + 8 years or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Prior construction or renovation experience on public buildings.
Prior field experience on projects valued higher than $50MM.
Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check (MVR).
- Certifications or licenses helpful (CCM, PMP, RE, or PE)
