Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to be based remote.

The Facilities Project Manager responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate construction projects for our client according to the master plan.

  • Development of construction plans in accordance with the client and other stakeholders.

  • Manage vendor and subconsultant contracts.

  • Manage project controls and other financial aspects of the program, including scheduling, planning and document control.

  • Participate in the design process including obtaining approvals from various state agencies.

  • Provide ongoing reporting related to the project to the client, AECOM managers, architects, and contractors.

  • Communicate with administrators, outside agencies, bidders, architects, contractors and developers to coordinate project activities, resolve any issues and sharing of information.

  • Participate in various meetings as assigned.

  • Schedule and chair weekly progress meetings of the Project A/E; prepare agendas and minutes of these meetings; process A/E’s and other consultant invoices and progress payments; review designs for program compliance; identify and assist in resolving programmatic and other conflicts; and monitor compliance with responsibility assignments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering

  • CCM or PMP

Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $93,000.00-$160,000.00.
