AECOM Risk Management Analyst in Crane, Indiana

AECOM is seeking a qualified Risk Management Analyst to join our team to help develop solutions to some of the most critical challenges faced by the DoD. Position requirements sought include familiarity with the semiconductor industry or demonstrate supply chain research experience; familiarity with financial statements (i.e. 10-K, 10-Q); working knowledge of Product Change Notifications (PCN's) and part characteristic information; experienced with data mining, internet research, and analysis and reporting; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relational databases; and experience with technical writing.
Responsibilities include the following:
Research processes and methods to gather the supply chain data that are the most cost-effective
Acquire, maintain, process and analyze supply chain data for publication on the part-centric supply chain illumination
Determine risk-based factors given a products location and manufacturer
Track and detail a component's lifecycle, given a devices date / lot code (e.g., raw materials, to fabrication, packaging, to distribution, and including device design)
Use your creativity and technical knowledge to come up with innovative ways to enhance the supply chain tool and to make the data-related processes more efficient, accurate and timely
Research and resolve discrepancies within the part-centric supply chain illumination tool
Provide feedback and recommendations on the supply chain illumination tool's user interface and the supply chain data collection process.
Aggregate commercial microelectronics supply chain data and import it into the appropriate database management system.
Perform data analysis services (e.g., threat vulnerability, counterfeit vulnerability, etc.) in support of Government efforts. This initiative involves compiling researched material and arranging into a Microsoft Word document that includes attributable sourcing.
Provide direct support to programs in identifying critical supply chain elements.
Provide technical support to the Joint Federated Assurance Center in developing best practices for supply chain risk management.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related job field and at least 5 years of job related experience or equivalent. Excellent communication skills; inter personal; organizational and analytical skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required. Position may require travel. Position will require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
