AECOM is currently seeking a Project Information Manager for our Coral Gables, FL office. The Project Information Manager will facilitate the implementation of Program Management Information Solutions with special attention to database management and custom reporting. This is a remote/telecommute position. This is a part-time position.
This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Possesses thorough job knowledge and is fully competent in all aspects of the job including strong proficiency in enterprise document management, relational databases, and internet based project collaboration systems.
Responsible for overall project administration in area of document management (home office and field).
Oversees internal/external document review process.
Assists with the creation and documentation of requests to destroy records.
Maintains proper document configuration management in support of engineering and construction.
Interfaces with project material control, scheduling, expediting, and client engineering to ensure time/cost effectiveness of all documentation activities.
Provides input to weekly project status reporting.
Displays extensive knowledge of scope control and impacts on project information management.
Applies sound judgment and experience to effective leadership of the project information management function on a large project, multiple projects, or a group.
Assumes mentoring and training roles as required.
Delegates, supervises and evaluates subordinate’s work assignments.
Provides necessary training to Project Information Management department personnel.
BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
U.S. Citizenship required, due to the nature of the work.
API for PMIS applications, P6 EPPM, and OBIee
PMIS: Kahua, e-Builder, P6 EPPM, Procure, Unifier, InEight
General understanding of financial reporting
Ability to effectively present and communicate information to customers, strategic business partners, and company management
History of recommending and implementing process improvements

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly pay range for this position is or around: $70/hr
