AECOM seeks a dynamic Global Energy Director - Integrated Services to coordinate an integrated offer of permitting, engineering, and energy services to support our client’s transition to no and low carbon energy delivery.
This leadership position will coordinate between AECOM’s Environment & Energy Business Line and all other AECOM Business lines to deliver an integrated offer across the development lifecycle to our existing and new Energy Clients.
The position will be based in one our North American offices and will require global travel to leverage our leading positions in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand markets.
The successful candidate will have worked for 15+ years in the Energy Sector and will poses knowledge of the full range of services required to develop renewable energy, future fuels, grid modernization, and transportation and organization decarbonization infrastructure.
A proven track record of successful project management and successful collaboration to lead diverse teams drawn from different practices is essential.

BA/BS + 15 years of experience in the Energy Sector Infrastructure programs or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 6 years of leadership in integrated service delivery and program management.
Experience in the development of renewable energy, future fuels, grid modernization, or transportation and organization decarbonization infrastructure including program management functions (e.g., scope, schedule, and budget).
Track record managing and/or coordinating both internal and external subject matter experts in the areas of permitting, engineering, and supply chain.
Working knowledge of design standards and impacts on energy technology decisions, project development impacts, and project delivery.
Valid Driver License required
An advanced degree in Business, Planning or Program Management is preferred.
