AECOM Project Architect in Chengdu, China
China - Sichuan Province, Chengdu
Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture.
Fluency in written and spoken English, CET level 4 or above is required.
Has the capability to lead a small team, and licensed candidate is preferred.
5+ years experience in for a number of projects that is realized or will be built.
Superb conceptual, design talent, and communication abilities or has a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects.
Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for team work.
Candidates with awarded projects are preferable.
Excellent software skills, such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, In design and Photoshop etc.
