Position Title IT Specialist

AECOM is seeking to IMMEDIATELY interview and to hire a part-time IT Specialist. The chosen candidate will become a direct hire with AECOM.
The primary duties will include:
Be able to resolve Tier I and Tier II issues in a help desk environment.
Perform all system upgrades and configure all communication systems as required.
Shall provide the IT technical systems and continuous O&M support required to ensure at least 99 percent availability of the system during operating hours.
Shall provide on-call after-hours support.
Inventory all H/W components
Maintain S/W logs and licenses
Familiarity with Active Directory and Outlook exchange.
1-3 years of demonstrated experience in IT installing and maintaining hardware and software systems.
Experience in IT operations for a previous company or an organization
Security+, and/or advanced Microsoft certification desired.
Experience using Microsoft platform and its software.
1 year of demonstrated experience in IT installing and maintaining hardware and software systems.
