Job Summary

JW Williams, an AECOM Company is seeking a Document Control Specitlist in our Casper, WY fabrication facility for immediate employment.

Position Description or Typical Responsibilities

Maintains adequate general and technical documents and periodical subscriptions related to projects, with the use of internal document control systems or client specific tools.

  • Preparing Quality Department forms & documents for new projects following Company & Quality Department standards

  • Reviewing completed forms , documents, & reports to ensure accuracy & completion

  • Copying, scanning, & saving completed forms & documents

  • Compiling data following structured formats & guidelines

  • Maintaining Quality Department Logs

  • Assisting the Quality Department in various clerical activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent

Experience:

  • 4 years of document control related experience

  • Must be proficient in basic computer operations, email, scanner/copier, record keeping, organization, maintaining files & records.

  • Proficiency with MS Office products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in welding/manufacturing environment
