We are seeking a candidate to provide technical operator support for garrison and deployed Intelligence Communications Systems. Intelligence Communications Systems include C4ISR communications assets like the JWICS Termination Suite, GATR Satellite Terminal and other assigned assets including the TROJAN family of systems. This position will also provide Systems Administration and Network Support to INSCOM GISA-P ISR requirements. Candidate should also have a working knowledge of Information Assurance and Information Management policies and procedures. The candidate shall provide technical services and innovative insight for future Army concepts, as well as oral communication and ability to express information needed to provide technical expertise to the customer.

Associates degree and at least 10 years of job-related experience or equivalent. positions involve work typical of office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting with occasional use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Candidates should possess excellent communications and analytical skills. Position may require travel. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.
Candidate should be certified in Network+, Security+ at a minimum and CISSP .
Position may require travel up to 50% of the time in support of military exercises.
Experience with Intelligence Communications Systems, Architecture, and Integrated Software Applications.
Advanced network administration skills to include PC hardware and peripherals, as well as a working knowledge of Army enterprise computer systems and integrated software application programs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office application software and Windows desktop operating systems.
Working knowledge of Army enterprise computer systems and integrated software application programs is a plus.
Working knowledge of Information Assurance and Information Management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to perform detail-oriented work and balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.

Candidates should possess excellent communications and analytical skills.
Analyze requirements; review and coordinate with customers to generate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, technical instructions, technical procedures or related material.
Review, analyze, provide technical comments, and provide assessment of technical and non-technical program reports; research specific areas and prepare findings.
Maintain and establish a filing system for correspondence, equipment status reports, and other technical documentation for tracking and inventory control.
Implement hardware and software systems upgrades as directed.
Provide informal training in implementing software programs based on user requirements.
Assist in the preparation and production of technical reports, progress reports, data requirements and system constraints for technical presentations, meetings and customer briefings.
Diagnose, research and resolve technical and end-user problems for all aspects of information systems within the GISA-W, including computer hardware, software, peripherals, operating systems, applications and networks.
Deliver, install and test personal computers, windows-based terminals, application software and peripherals such as printers, modems, and scanners.
Provide systems administrative support including network access, permissions and file restorations.
Respond, as needed, to network, server and communications problems, and troubleshoot issues.
