AECOM Supply Manager in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

URS/AECOM has an opening for a Supply Manager in Kuwait.
The Supply Manager will be responsible for supply operations under this effort.
Under the general direction this position is responsible for overseeing the supply functions of the department/section. Provides leadership and management of all supply functions to include; Central Receiving and Shipping Point, Packing and Crating, Sensitive Items, Warehouse Storage, Container Management, Class III, Retrograde, Secondary items storage (ASL/PLL), and the BII section. Overall responsible for the compliance with regulatory guidance and ensures PWS requirements are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises assistant managers regarding multi-functional activities for the Supply Department.
Directly responsible for resourcing departments and ensuring goals are met.
Oversee the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) support of supply functions.
Establishes appropriate standard operating procedures, flow charts, and work instructions that meet mission requirements.
Analyses, develops plans/procedures, and ensures tasks are executed in order to meet mission deadlines.
Develops and supports achievement of performance metrics
Responsible the oversight of data administration on the contract to include submission of information to populate reports, contract deliverables, develop plans, SOPs and other required contract documentation.
Oversees the equipment accountability, configuration, and storage.
Serves as the primary communication link between the department and the USG.
Interfaces with USG, COR, ASC QA, and other external customers.
Coordinates, tracks progress, validates, and synchronizes efforts with other departments to ensure completion of tasks for all missions assigned to the section.
Participates in IPR and develops plans for the Supply Department for current and future operations.
Ensures Performance Work Statement requirements and company goals are met.
Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.
Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of Quality Management System.
Duties are dependent on department/section.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or logistics.
AMMO 62, 67 or 43 preferred.
US Citizenship is required.
Secret Security Clearance required.
10 years’ supervisory experience in supply or related activities, required.
2 years’ experience Army Prepositioned Stocks Program or similar program preferred.
Extensive military training in logistics plans and/or operations preferred.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Logistics STAMIS in use and must have the ability to properly monitor production for compliance with scheduling directives, cost factors, and other applicable standards.
Must be able to properly develop appropriate performance standards, track inventory, requisitioning, disposal (turn-in), and ensure facilities operate in a safe and efficient manner.
Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Must have advanced level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and other related applications
Possess the ability to multitask.
Possess advanced knowledge of Army Supply documentation such as DA Form 1348, DA Form 2062 and DA Form 444.
Advanced proficiency in Army Supply Regulations, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, AR 740-26 and DA PAM 708-2
Must have a broad, comprehensive and extensive knowledge of the theory, principles, and methods required to plan, track, and execute a Logistical Support Operation.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, manage and delegate job assignments to personnel assigned in order to meet deadlines.
Must have advanced written and oral communications skills.
Must have advanced interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.
Must possess working knowledge of the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), various LOGSA Logistics Integrated Warehouse (LIW) applications, and other approved automated property accountability systems.
Certification & License: Driver’s license required.

Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
