AECOM Logistics Operations Center Analyst III- USC in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

Job Summary

AECOM has an opening for a Logistics Center Analyst III- USC in Kuwait.

Performs cross functional mission, resource, and staff analysis to support Project wide initiatives, including coordination with Personnel, Maintenance, Supply and Transportation functional areas, and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard and within required timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Reports directly to the Program and/or Project Manager, LOC Manager or MRC Chief depending on assignment.

  2. Track assigned routine and non-routine tasks, report completion of tasks.

  3. Facilitate and coordinate cross functional efforts of personnel, maintenance, supply, transportation, and any other aspect of assigned tasks to ensure a synchronized effort.

  4. May be required to work independently, or with a Team.

  5. May be required to maintain responsive interface directly with USG customer to ensure mission requirements and expectations are met.

  6. May be required to provide direct oversight of LOC Analyst I & LOC Analyst II daily duties.

  7. Handles multiple operations simultaneously and provides updated status on cost, schedule and mission performance.

  8. Analyze reports, surveillance guidelines, maintenance schedules, performance trends and requirements.

  9. Responsible for reviewing all Government correspondences prior to release.

  10. Ensure specific mission/project bench mark goals are identified and attained.

  11. Responsible for updating and briefing Military type Running Estimates.

  12. Assist in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs

  13. Track and analyze Taskers, operational activities and metrics.

  14. Assist with the coordination of a multiple mission requirements including APS Set Readiness.

  15. Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.

  16. Serve as the liaison between all departments to achieve a cohesive end result.

  17. Disseminate mission guidance for all operations/taskers.

  18. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Minimum Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration/Management or equivalent highly preferred. 4 additional years of experience over minimum required can be substituted for degree.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Secret Clearance required.


  • 7 years of related civilian or military related experience required.

  • 3 years supervisory experience required.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have the ability to interpret and implement local policies.

  • Must have a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.

  • Must have exceptional analytical, written and oral communications skills.

  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.

  • Possess the capability to use appropriate logistics STAMIS systems such as: GCSS, LMP, LIW, and AWRDS information systems.

Work Environment, Physical Demands and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.

  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • U.S. Army Logistics Corps Warrant, Commissioned Officer or Senior Noncommissioned Officer preferred.

  • Familiarity with the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) highly preferred

  • Certification & License: Project Management certification preferred.
