Job Description

  • Works under supervision

  • Works with the Company purchasing systems and processes

  • Ensures the most compliant buying channel is used for indirect material

  • Daily PO transactions to support operational requirements

  • Support supplier qualification and certification

  • Recommends system and process enhancements

  • Conscious of continuous improvements by monitoring KPIs/SLAs

  • Manage open requisition through closed PO reporting

  • Manage and maintain supplier catalogs

  • Responsible for purchase order generation, reporting, and distribution

  • Provide support and advice on buying channels to project managers and validate indirect procurement requisition

  • Support project managers with accounting query resolution

  • Invoice approval for received PO’s and direct checks to vendors

  • Requisition creation support

  • Support customer in receiving support queries (Tier 2) and triaging contractor requests

  • Support and validate supplier qualification

  • Support subcontractor certifications

  • Purchase order query management (e.g., changes, expediting, open items)

  • Conduct supplier audits along with archiving contracts

  • Identify process improvements

  • Update Ecosystem with process and policy changes, and knowledge base

  • Testing of system enhancements

Qualifications

  • Fluent In English

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain

  • 2 years experience in Customer Service, or Procurement services

  • Proficiency with Coupa, CLM or other systems preferred

  • High stress tolerance

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication, prioritization & organizational skills

  • Ability to problem solve and enthusiasm for change

  • Ability to work independently and on a high-performance team

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Meets established SLAs

  • Supports system enhancements

  • Ongoing system training
