Job Description
The Intelligent Automation Delivery Lead will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of intelligent automation solutions and capabilities, focusing on stakeholder relationship, financial, project delivery and overall program health. This entails identifying automation opportunities, defining and shaping the project approach, analyzing requirements, driving insights and recommendations, managing the team and overseeing the design and delivery of the solutions. The IA Delivery Lead will also ensure that appropriate support and enhancement processes are in place to enable the delivery of high-quality service to stakeholders while complying with the relevant security and risk criteria. Activities also include working together with Intelligent Automation Director to evangelize intelligent automation, continuously exploring opportunities to apply emerging techniques (ML, NLP) and fostering a culture for enabling citizen led development.
Day to day work/ Responsibilities:
Driving the technical architecture, design, delivery and operations of robotic and intelligent automation solutions such as RPA, Cognitive Automation, machine learning, OCR, NLP, and data analytics to create seamless solutions.
Building relationships, working closely with stakeholders to identify future opportunities for process improvement, mitigating risks using intelligent automation solutions à building business cases, scope, timeline and performing Cost benefit analysis
Working with project teams and SMEs to guide the analysis of existing business processes and assessing feasibility and complexity of automation solutions
Planning, estimating and managing delivery work with an Agile approach: gathering the high-level business requirements, defining the detailed requirements and process into epics and stories, focusing on project milestones, resource planning, scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation planning
Acting as Scrum Master overseeing daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc
Create\Review documentation and contribute to all automation phases and continuously improve development standards and best practices.
Leading a team of developers, architects, business analysts and support specialists à lead and motivate them to own and drive IA architecture, delivery and support
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and Automation CoE and support business teams in testing activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives of existing automation services
Communicating project status to all stakeholders, working to resolve issues and problems, proactively identifying project risks, issues, gaps and making recommendations for resolution to ensure project success
Act as the key point of contact for the team, and manage the work intake, estimation, prioritization and delivery roadmap.
Contributing to the ongoing development of core team procedures and services: solutions, procedures, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resources
Working closely with IA Director in constantly improving the automation strategy – processes, operations, measurement, execution, governance and controls for end-to-end lifecycle management of the digital workforce.
Be aware of current and future market and technology developments inside and outside of the Intelligent Automation space through offerings, white papers, blogs, upskilling and learning opportunities.
Manage project risk, reporting, governance and escalations in a proactive manner
Educate and train stakeholders on the Intelligent Solution governance & controls standard framework.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (polytechnics, informatics, cybernetics); MSc/MBA/PhD is a plus
Knowledge or experience in programming .NET (C#, C++, VB or Java) /VBA/SQL/HTML/JavaScript/python/Oracle or RPA tools
Minimum of 3 years of technical hands-on experience with management/leadership in previous roles, preferably in RPA/Intelligent Automation throughout the entire automation lifecycle; or in a leading role within technical work streams or small IT / RPA / data analytics solutions delivery teams
Hands-on experience with technologies and frameworks in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning or cognitive automation (minimum 1 year)
Demonstrable experience in professional and technical capabilities such as: Automation (BPM, RPA, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence), Operational Excellence approaches and methods (Lean agile delivery, DevOps).
Solid Project Management skills - minimum of 1-year experience in automation delivery using Agile methodology
Experience with leading multiple programs and / or cross-functional teams
Significant experience in deploying best practices for Process Excellence, RPA and Automation within an organization.

Certification in Technical Architecture design
Certification in industry leading Robotics Process Automation Products
Knowledge or experience on continuous development and integration with git
An active experience with DevOps
Broad technical & IT knowledge, including operating systems, programming languages, and databases
Experience with UiPath components
Previous experience interfacing with clients in consulting environment
