AECOM Facilities Coordinator in Brisbane, Australia

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a diligent facilities coordinator to join our team on a Fixed Term 12 month maternity leave contract in the Brisbane office. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the smooth running of front and back of house operations & work place services. In this role you will ensure the upkeep and presentation of our office space through the scheduling of maintenance and management of our contractors and suppliers. The role offers opportunities to work with the Northern and Western Australia Facilities Manager and Australia/ New Zealand Real Estate team to ensure our workspace provides the flexibility required by the business and you will assist in the delivery of real estate projects within the Perth office. In this role you will provide services to both internal and external clients, which requires solutions focus and a high level of problem solving and organisational skills.
5+ years’ experience in corporate facilities within a medium to large professional company
The successful candidate should have a background in Facilities/Office Management
Excellent customer service skills with a Client focus (both internal and external clients)
Previous experience with contractor management and maintenance
Effective time management and prioritising skills
Ability to supervise and lead a small team.
Current Class C drivers licence
Sound skills in Microsoft applications such as Word & Excel.
