AECOM Workplace Strategist in Boston, Massachusetts
United States of America - Massachusetts, Boston
AECOM is hiring a talented Workplace Strategist for our Boston office.
The Workplace Advisory team at AECOM (formerly DEGW) was one of the first to start the debate about how the workplace can be a catalyst for change within an organization. This depth of experience gives our team a huge platform from which to deliver world-class work for our clients. We are passionate about understanding and forecasting the future of work and using these insights to help drive and deliver meaningful change, especially considering recent events. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for people who can contribute to the debate, who aren’t afraid to ask big questions about our future but who are also able to translate these ideas into practical and achievable solutions for our clients today.
We are part of the world’s biggest design company and draw upon every discipline and area of expertise imaginable in developing solutions, making our ideas creative, robust, and defendable. As well as our work and our clients, our people, team identity, and culture are hugely important to us – we want people who are looking to join a fun and dynamic team. We pride ourselves on having a culture built on trust and respect and offering a place where every voice is heard. We are looking for self-starters, people who can see opportunities and don’t need to be told to act on them. We also understand that development and progression are key to a happy and productive team – we are always looking for opportunities to progress people’s careers and build leaders of the future.
Workplace Strategy and Design at AECOM is rapidly evolving as we respond to recent events and we are using our skills across multiple sectors and scales to create future-focused solutions.
Working as a collaborative team player, this role will include being responsible for excellence in delivering specific activities within a project, including client interaction, communication, planning, research, data analytics, visualization, presentation preparation and report writing, assisting junior team members, coordinating a project team, with oversight from a Project Manager, senior team members and Principal in Charge.
At AECOM, we believe infrastructure creates opportunities for everyone. Whether it’s improving your commute, keeping the lights on, providing access to clean water, or transforming skylines, our work helps people and communities thrive.
We take on the most complex challenges and pioneer innovative, iconic solutions that push the limits of what’s possible – the world’s longest cable-stayed bridge, record-breaking sports events, the largest greenfield port development megaproject, life-sustainingdisaster recovery programs, and the tallest tower in the Western Hemisphere.
On projects spanning transportation, buildings, water, energy, and the environment, we deliver professional services throughout the project lifecycle.
We are proud to be recognized for excellence:
