Position Title Operations Administrator
Canada - Alberta
AECOM is seeking an Operations Administrator to be based in Bonnyville, Alberta.
This position is responsible for providing office support services.
May include the following responsibilities:
Compiles statistical data for the preparation of reports, schedules and checklists.
Checks and verifies documents (bills, receipts, invoices, etc.).
Maintains files and records.
Handles mail and telephone calls.
Operates general business machines such as calculator, photocopier, and similar machines.
May perform miscellaneous typing and data entry functions.
Works under direct supervision.
Completes timesheet entries and daily/weekly timesheet verification.
Responsible for uploading invoices and tickets to SharePoint.
Completes office supply orders for the Office Manager.
Liaisons with the Office Manager for printer related items.
Duties are routine and repetitive.
This is a customer facing role.
High School diploma
Experience in an Administrative capacity
Ability to manage conflicting priorities
Strong and proven oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in an environment that emphasizes quality standards and processes
Experience with using all office machines
Effective planning and organizational skills; detail-oriented and deadline driven
Work well independently and as part of a team; solid work ethic
Fast learner; quickly incorporate and implement new procedures
This is an entry level position with no previous work experience required, but preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.
