As part of a growing business, AECOM is looking for Land Referencers at all levels to be involved in some of the UK’s most complex, iconic and challenging infrastructure projects. You will have the opportunity to thrive working with high-profile clients across all sectors both in the UK and abroad.
Responsibilities
Deliver land referencing projects for major infrastructure schemes
Provide support to clients ensuring project is delivered on time within budget
Monitor progress of work, identify risks and implement timely resolution of issues
Engage with various stakeholders to capture requirements and develop relationships
Actively engage with team growth activities and operational tasks
Manage, motivate and mentor junior staff
Minimum Requirements
Experience of working on land & property delivery for major infrastructure schemes
Knowledge of Land Referencing and Statutory Process for various schemes (DCO, Hybrid Bill, CPO, TWAO)
Familiarity with GIS
Ability to liaise with both external and internal stakeholders at all levels
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
A drive for professional progression
Proposing fresh ideas and concepts for exploration.
