The BIM team are currently looking to grow and expand their team after a host of successful project wins. BIM has become a huge part of the industry and the way that projects are delivered. Our team help to administer and deliver BIM and Information Management solutions on multidisciplinary rail projects and to the wider AECOM business.

As an BIM Information Manager you will carry out a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, this can range from -

  • Provide project Information Management on Rail Projects.

  • Project CDE (ProjectWise) implementation.

  • Working with Discipline Leads and teams on BIM related projects.

  • Working with the team to constantly review progress and report on successes and failures so that continual improvement can be realised.

  • Supporting champions within project discipline teams to effectively utilise technology and data solutions as defined in the BIM standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Extensive experience within Rail design or CAD/BIM role.

  • Extensive BIM enabled technology/software experience.

  • Experience with project model coordination and federated models.

  • In-depth working knowledge of BIM software.

  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities, maximise efficiency, manage priorities.

  • Self-motivated, directed and managed.

  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks under constant deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Network Rail CDE, CAD & BIM Standards and procedures.

  • Knowledge of ProjectWise 365 and Bentley Deliverables Management.

  • Sound knowledge of BS1192 BS and EN ISO 19650.
