Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Baugrundingenieur / Ing-Geologen (m/w/d) im Bereich Baugrund für eine unserer Niederlassungen in Berlin, Hamburg, Essen, Frankfurt, Stuttgart oder Kaiserslautern. Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Projektteam im Rahmen der Entwicklung, Bewertung, und Erkundung von Gewerbe- und Industriestandorten bzgl. Baugrund sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Services in diesem Bereich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Leitung von Baugrunderkundungen sowie Ergebnisinterpretation und Berichterstattung

  • Projektverantwortung in technischer und kaufmännischer Hinsicht

  • Erstellung fachbezogener Gutachten, Berichte, Stellungnahmen, und Standsicherheitsnachweise

  • Objektplanung geotechnischer Konstruktionen bis zur Genehmigungsreife

  • Bauüberwachungs-, Ausschreibungs- und Vergabe-Leistungen

  • Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden, Fachplaner und Mitarbeiter

Minimum Requirements

  • Utilizes advanced scientific principles, theories, practices and existing technologies develop technical solutions to complex problems.

  • Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, provincial and national regulations to ensure compliance. Work is performed with minimal direction.

  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Responsible for advanced duties and activities in their specialized functional area.

  • Conducts research and does investigation work as required.

  • Plans and organizes project studies.

  • Assists in the resolution of conflicting technical information and unsuitability of standard procedures.

  • Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems.

  • May oversee the work of less experienced scientists.

Preferred Qualifications

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Geotechnik, Umweltingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

  • Mindestens 8-jährige Erfahrung in geotechnischen Untersuchungen, Erstellung von Baugrundberichten (Standsicherheit, Bodenverbesserungen)

  • Kenntnisse der Umweltgesetzgebung auf Bundes- und Landesebene

  • Souveräner Umgang mit Kunden, Behörden etc.

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
