Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a General Administration Assistant to be based in Beijing office.

  • Greet visitors with safety inductions, answers and screens telephones with polite manner.

  • Support on office events, prepare for meetings, including reserving conference rooms and coordinating agendas.

  • Orders supplies for office. Restocking of stationary and supplies.

  • Monitor vendor’s daily service and contract follow up.

  • Billing Management.

  • Receives and distributes mail and coordinates courier services.

  • Maintains the office environment, make sure everything is in good order.

  • Office Inventory management

  • Pay attention to Office seats daily occupancy status, update the floor plan regularly.

  • Business license update when needed.

  • Work with staff on administrative functions as needed, assist Admin manager when needed.

  • 办公室物品、设施的登记与管理;

  • 办公室座位统计,平面图更新;

  • 公司年报提交,证照更新等;

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional Appearance, including dressing and grooming.

  • College degree holder or above, prior experience as a receptionist preferred, generally requires around 1 year in a similar role.

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, it will be great if the candidate have basic skill to use CAD or Photoshop.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills both in Chinese and English are a must.

  • Work proactively, Ability to multi-task.

  • Detail oriented, can handle things flexibly with Good communication skills.

  • 熟练运用Office办公软件, 如能使用CAD或PS等画图软件,优先考虑;

  • 良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力;
