AECOM Assistant Urban Designer in Beijing, China
Complete drafting assignments.
Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.
Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.
Assist in the preparation of production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for review.
Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.
Attend meetings both internal and external pertaining to existing and potential projects.
Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Other tasks assigned by people manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design. Master’s degree in Urban Design.
0-3 years’ working experience in large-scale master planning area.
Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities.
Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Portfolio attached is a must.
- Bilingual language is required.
