Design of Building Electrical drawings, including preliminary design drawings, construction drawings, fitting-out drawings, etc;
Building Electrical system load calculation, building lightning protection calculation, vertical transportation (elevator) calculation, etc.;
Cooperating with architects to provide information for machine rooms, shafts, and openings of the slab and wall;
Cooperating with other MEP engineers (HVAC and PD Fire) for equipment power supply and distribution design;
Assisting in preparation of tender documents and tender evaluations;
Product catalogue collection and filing;
Problem solving during construction，assisting in design change document management;
Conducting on-site inspections (business trips may apply) in conjunction with project schedules;
Implementing ethics compliance policies, including third-party payments, subcontractor service processes, and gift and hospitality policies.
Bachelor degree or above in related fields such as building electrical, industrial automation or electrical automation;
Proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Have the basic ability to operate CAD, Revit and other design software;
Have a positive work attitude, adaptable, and willing to face challenges;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and team spirit;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
