Conduct economic and real estate research and analysis
Compile and organize research data to produce projection models and presentations
Document research data, analysis and projection models into economic and real estate market reports
Market analysis, demand assessment, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modelling and other advisory work for leading regional and international real estate / infrastructure / economic development / tourism projects
Assist in preparation of client presentations to support marketing and business development of new opportunities
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Master degree in Urban Planning, Economics, Public Policy or MBA with emphasis in Real Estate, or other related disciplines
Excellent numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis
Prior experience engaging in economic analyses of the following industries - tourism, infrastructure, industrial or transportation - is viewed as an advantage
A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment
Detail-oriented and enthusiastic
Strong command of MS Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
