AECOM Accounting Assistant in Beijing, China

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Accounting Assistant to be based in Beijing office.

Responsibilities

  • VAT invoice issue and management.

  • Check for AP forms and vendor invoices. Create PO in system.

  • Monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items.

  • Contract management.

  • Timecard management.

  • Assist PM on project plan and budget set up.

  • Maintain budget together with PM.

  • Perform project analysis and prepare weekly management reports.

  • Other works assigned by manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in “Financial Management”, 1-2 years working experience;

  • High working efficiency and can work under pressure.

  • Good communication skills, adaptable, team work.

  • Good at written and oral English.

  • Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
