AECOM is seeking a Digital Services Manager to oversee all development and support operations of our digital services center, with a particular emphasis on sourcing needed resources and driving strategy to meet the business needs.
Digital Services Manager’s responsibilities include general operational direction, leading people, optimizing, and implementing policies, and implementing strategies. Ensuring teams members maintain and engaged high technical expertise to meet the ever-changing business needs. To be successful in this role, the Digital Services Manager should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker; have technical background and experience; value diversity and develop people; deliver quality products; set visible leadership in safety, health, and the environment; and ensure good financial performance
The Digital Services Manager will report to the Global Digital Lead.

Proven experience as a people manager or similar role(s).
Experience in planning and budgeting.

Bachelor’s degree (as a minimum) in computer science, engineering, or related degree.
15+ year’s professional experience, with increasing levels of responsibility.
Responsible for coordination and adherence to quality standards across multiple platforms.
Identifies operational priorities by assessing operational objectives, determining project objectives, such as efficiency, estimating relevance, time, staffing, and costs.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training team members.
Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline team members; address complaints and resolve issues
Build an effective and responsive customer support experience.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for operations and support of built and bought software.
Work with the Product/Service Owner to estimate, schedule, and provide resource allocation for software development tasks within the team and coordinate with project managers and other departments to get projects released on time.
Assure adherence to policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.
Develop and implement software development methodologies and processes to improve quality and increase team effectiveness.
Acts as a fully integrated team member by participating in the daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with project team members for requirements and functionality necessities.
Communicates project and team status outside the team to stakeholders according to prioritized business goals and information needs.

10+ years of experience working in international teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Flexible with work times to align with colleagues in different time zones
