Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportun ity in Afghanistan on the

EAGLE contract for a

Reports Coordinator . The Coordinator is responsible for researching and collecting all necessary data in the different phases of the maintenance, supply, and quality processes as they pertain to the maintenance departmentIdentifies any potential stop points or trends and provide possible solutions or courses of actionEnsures completeness, accuracy and integrity of the files containing the data collected within the maintenance, supply and quality processes of the maintenance departmentPrepares detailed reports, presentations, flow charts, decisions trees and any other Lean Six Sigma tool to show processes and trendsDevelop and organize new maintenance projects and missions associated with the contractEnsures that the maintenance processes are in compliance with ISO and Lean Six Sigma methodology and standardsEnsures that the appropriate Maintenance Allocation Chart is applied to Work OrdersCollects and distributes data from the Safety Advisory Messages from Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command Unique Logistics Support ApplicationsGathers information from work orders and supplies required data to the Modification Management Information System Army site.Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures.Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.

Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Secret / Tier 3

  • Prepares and attend sensitive briefings.

  • Perform trend analysis on all types of equipment to include weapons & artillery systems.

  • Requires NIPR, SIPR & CENTRIXS access.

  • GCSS-Army Certification (Maintenance Supervisor/Manager) required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Lean Six Sigma and ISO certification is preferred.

  • 3-4 years’ experience in maintenance process and analysis required.

  • Knowledgeable and highly skilled in the use and operation of Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A).

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance prior to start date.

  • Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A).

  • Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) Capabilities such as:

  • Logistics Integrated Data Base (LIDB)

  • Integrated Logistic Analysis Program (ILAP)

  • Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG.

  • Must have a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, SharePoint, and other software programs to assist with special projects, and other compliance programs.

  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification is desirable with an emphasis in Excel

  • Must have understanding of the ISO, Lean Six Sigma processes and methodology

  • Must have knowledge of maintenance, supply and quality performance processes

  • Must be able to provide possible solutions to the processes and trends identified

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior contracting experience preferred.
