AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the Afghanistan - EAGLE contract for a
ERPS Clerk. Performs customer service for all GCSS-A related activities in accordance with the GCSS-A End User Manual (EUM). Performs duties as the Shop Stock/The Army Maintenance Management System clerk. Generates GCSS-A reports as required. Responsible for maintaining notifications and work orders IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for maintaining records of services performed IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for maintaining records of ordering and managing repair parts IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for maintaining records of dispatching vehicles and equipment IAW GCSS-A EUM. Maintains the shop stock and turn-ins of unserviceable repair parts IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for issuing material to work orders IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for returning any recoverable/reparable material to stock IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for entering time confirmations for a work order IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for performing the work order completion process IAW GCSS-A EUM. Responsible for updating the operational status for a piece of equipment IAW GCSS-A EUM. Required to gain access to GCSS-A, IGC, Fed Mall, LIW and WEBVLIPs for parts and document research. Organizes all completed source documents and attachments to filing site. Generates picking tickets, DA Form 3161 and other accountability documentation as directed. Performs routine work including work from various standardized source documents which have been coded (requires little or no selecting). Codes and interprets data to be entered. Conducts and participates in scheduled, unscheduled inventories and surveys. Produces daily and weekly transaction reports and prepares forms as required. Readiness activities include documentation, records management, reporting and record reconciliations. Edits and performs quality checks during the input of data attachments to filing site. Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills safety first mentality within work areas to maintain a low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years GCSS-A experience required.
Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.
NACI / Tier 1 for US Citizens.
Must possess USG GCSS-A external certification.
Must be able to pass General Trade Skill PQS within 30 days of hire.
Must be able to perform edits base on FEDLOG codes and classes of supply.
Must be capable of looking up process and procedures from Army Regulations and EUM.
Must have strong organizational and planning skills.
Must be able to research and multi-task.
Must have good knowledge in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and
other related applications.
Knowledgeable in Field and Sustainment maintenance process.
Knowledgeable of all system reports and knows how to correct discrepancies.
Must possess a high-level of attention to detail.
Must be licensed on 4-10K forklifts and 2.5T and below vehicles within 3 months of hire.
Must be able to function with an advanced level of English oral and written language skills, through
demonstrated proficiency, testing or both.
- US Army MOS 92A preferred.
