Job Summary

A fixed term maternity leave cover contract for 14 months, in this role you will play a key role in transforming the way our business uses the HR function with exciting new systems coming into place.

  • Coaching managers on issues of effective team building and organisational effectiveness.

  • Working with the business to ensure smooth delivery of operations.

  • Ensuring appropriate implementation and execution of local and enterprise wide HR programs and initiatives.

  • A proactive approach to driving our Inclusion + Diversity strategy

  • Managing employee relations issues with an eye towards ensuring AECOM remains an employer of choice.

  • Partnering with HR Centres of Excellence

  • Supporting change efforts, including cultural change, HR procedural change and enterprise organisational change

  • Acting as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience required

  • Experience working with remote shared services functions would be an advantage

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in working for large or professional services organisation

  • Knowledge of NZ employment law is essential

  • Experienced at building effective relationships with senior clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant HR related degree.
