Job Summary

Job Summary

Lead and inspire in this unique Australia & New Zealand leadership role, ensuring our technical expertise and professional advice in the Bridges & Highways sector is market-leading in its quality, timeliness and execution.

As an engaging and knowledgeable specialist in the industry, you will position AECOM as the pre-eminent consultant on Civil Infrastructure projects, whilst driving innovation across the business as we solve our client’s most complex challenges.

As the technical leader in this sector, you will drive technical innovation and facilitate the implementation of new digital tools and solutions, as well as encouraging and managing work sharing across the region.

To be successful in this critical role, you will be a respected technical specialist within bridges and highways sector with experience on major infrastructure projects.

With extensive experience across a broad range of civil infrastructure projects, your record for delivering strong business results, will underpin confidence to lead us through a dynamic landscape.

You will be a collaborative and influential leader, who is able to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Forward-thinking, you will embrace change and have an appetite for implementing and utilising cutting-edge digital technology.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be able and willing to travel across the ANZ region, as required.
